Recipe - Aubergine Yogurt

- Freeze one Chinese eggplant.
- Remove from freezer and let thaw 5 minutes or so until frost forms on skin.
- With a fine cheese grater, grate about 5 inches of eggplant and fill a cereal bowl with the flakes.
- As soon as possible before the flakes oxidize brown, mix in about 6 to 8 oz Fage strained Greek yogurt (plain).
- Mix until homogenous. A fork is good for this.
- Mash one whole banana and mix this in.
- Top with Goji berries, blueberries, and/or papaya

Enjoy once a day :-)

Helps with movement, rigidity, dystonia, and cognition.
